The provincial government took the lead in examining LNG new environmental protection vessels in batches, ensuring the construction of non-defective ships and promoting the upgrading of green water transportation.
The Bureau carried out assessments on the conditions for the inspection of shipbuilding companies. There are 6 types of shipyards in the 3 types, 14 types of shipyards, 24 types of shipyards, and 45 shipyards of a class of shipyards that have passed the condition assessment; the ship welders have been established. "Welder knowledge update training", the main training regulations and specifications in the revised hull and welding knowledge, trained a total of 184 welders. The training course for inspection personnel of LNG ships will be held to improve the level of surveyors.
On this basis, the Bureau effectively implemented a ship inspection quality Control System and an anti-corruption prevention and control manual, innovated working methods, and activated a new surveyor's log. In the construction inspection surveyor's log, according to the ship building inspection procedures, the inspection process was conducted. According to the fixed nodes, the important dates and main data are recorded, and the consistency of the ship chart, the compliance of laws and regulations, and the compliance of the rules are regulated. The inspection behavior of the surveyor is regulated, and the team is created.
The Bureau also changed the pattern of review plans, from the original decentralized arrangements for reviewing maps to centralized organizations for reviewing plans. A special plan review team composed of experienced surveyors will be set up to arrange special plan approval sites and focus on centralized plan approval.
