Social capital did not dare to participate in this field to compete with the national network. . "Because the electric vehicle industry has developed, the previous investment in charging facilities can recover the cost, and when the number of electric vehicles exceeds that of fuel vehicles, the profits of former diesel gasoline suppliers will be transferred to the grid companies."
Recently, the policy on the electric vehicle charging facility market has been continuously introduced. On July 14, the State Council issued a guidance on accelerating the promotion and application of new energy vehicles, claiming that it is required to speed up the construction of charging facilities and improve the land use policy for charging facilities. The National Development and Reform Commission issued the "Notice on Issues Related to Electricity Price Policies for Electric Vehicles", which clearly stipulates that enterprises charge electricity and service fees to users who charge and replace electricity. According to Caixin reporter, the latest investment plan of China Southern Power Grid this year no longer includes investment in electric vehicle charging stations. This means that in the future, in the field of electric vehicles, China Southern Power Grid only provides electricity supply, and the charging station is handed over to other social capital to build. The State Grid has also suspended the third batch of tenders for charging stations.
