Third, the brake device
Braking devices are essential to ensure the safe operation of the train. Due to the large inertia of the entire train, not only must the braking device be provided on the locomotive, but also a braking device must be provided on each vehicle so that the running vehicle can be decelerated as required or parked within the prescribed distance.
Fourth, coupler cushion device
The vehicles are to be run in a row without the aid of a connection device. This kind of connecting device is mostly various types of couplers, and the rear tail frame of the coupler is equipped with a buffer device that can store and absorb mechanical energy to ease train impulses.
Fifth, the tank
The liquefied petroleum gas railway tanker tank is a cylindrical horizontal tank and is installed on the bottom frame. The tank body of the tanker is a steel welded structure. The head is a standard elliptical shape, and both the simplified and the head are rolled or stamped with a steel plate. The materials are generally 16MnR and 15MnVR. Its structural design, manufacture and acceptance shall be in accordance with the "Supervision Regulations for Pressure Vessel Safety Technology" and the "Regulations for the Safety Management of Liquefied Gas Railway Tankers" issued by the Ministry of Chemical Industry.
