1, tire pressure is too high

2, the temperature is too high
In summer, the temperature of the road surface increases, and the friction between the tire and the road surface makes the temperature of the tire surface extremely high, and the heat dissipation in the summer is also relatively slow. Thermal expansion causes the carcass of the tire to begin to thin, making it easy to puncture the tire. And the tires swell, resulting in poor compression performance, which also increases the possibility of tire puncture.
3, tire pressure is too low
For low pressure vacuum tires, if the tire pressure is too low, the contact surface between the tire and the ground increases, the frictional resistance during travel increases, and the internal stress of the carcass increases. When the car is running at high speed, the tire warms up quickly, which makes it easier for the tire temperature to rise sharply. The high temperature of the tire will cause the tire itself to expand and the pressure resistance will deteriorate. At the same time, when running at high speeds, the sidewalls of the tire are easily bent and broken. The front and rear tire contact surfaces repeatedly undergo high frequency bending and straightening movements. For tires with low air pressure, the magnitude of this movement is much greater than in normal air pressure.
4, vehicle overload
Domestic dump trucks are basically high-pressure tires, and they are all in the first four after eight. However, when the dump truck's carrying capacity exceeds the tire's maximum load, the tire's tire pressure rises. When the tire valve's sealing pressure is lower than the tire's internal pressure, it will begin to leak. If the pilot does not detect the leak in time, it will cause one of the double rear wheels to be overloaded and a puncture.
5, excessive wear
If the tires are not replaced and maintained, the tires will be unevenly worn or excessively worn. The weak points formed are potential hidden dangers of flat tires. Many domestic dump trucks have the problem of excessive wear on the tire surface. Some automobile tire tread patterns have been worn and still in use. . If it is not replaced in time, punctures can easily occur under the conditions of high temperatures, speeding, and bumpy roads.
