3, The winter refrigeration unit is not often used. The refrigeration unit should be turned on 1-2 times per week at regular intervals, run for about 10 minutes to maintain the normal operation of the refrigeration unit to prevent the compressor lubricant from sinking, and the lubrication of the components is not in place.
4, regularly check the compressor belt deflection. If the compressor belt is too loose, the faulty compressor clutch slip belt buzzes and there is a tensioner on the generator. A tight tensioner can be used to adjust the compressor belt and remove the fault.
5, how to make cooling unit cooling quickly:
1 The engine speed is not less than 1500 rpm to ensure that the vehicle engine is operating normally
2 During the operation of the vehicle, at this time, the cooling unit condenser heats up well
3 The effect of warming the interior of the box is obvious. Because the air humidity is high, the empty box is slow
4 Ensure that the refrigerant is not lost. Generally no fluorine leakage occurs and the refrigerant does not need to be added.
In addition, we must also pay attention to the following points:
1. When the speed is high, the chiller cannot be started and it can only start at a low speed. When parking, stop the refrigeration unit first.
2. Do not start the refrigeration unit for a long time during idle or low engine speed to avoid battery loss.
3. When driving at low speed, do not start the refrigeration unit for a long time to avoid battery loss.
Finally remind everyone that if it is a newly-purchased refrigerated truck, one week after use, the chiller compressor belt must be fastened. It is normal for the chiller belt to have a finger pressure of 5 mm. If the belt is too tight, the horsepower of the engine will be lost. If the belt is too loose, the belt will slip and the belt will wear out.
