For the enterprises to be audited in the "Notice" that have not yet passed the environmental verification, such as through the environmental protection verification of the Ministry of Environmental Protection before the end of July 2012, the Ministry of Commerce will immediately issue quotas; if it has not passed the Ministry of Environmental Protection before the end of July 2012, For environmental verification, the Ministry of Commerce will no longer issue export quotas, and the remaining quotas will be allocated separately.
