Second, we must accurately grasp the standards of the first-class enterprises in the safety production of hazardous chemicals. The selected cultivation target should be a hazardous chemical enterprise with a sound production foundation, high management level, advanced equipment and facilities, and a high level of intrinsic safety. It is a recognized benchmarking company in the region where the enterprise is located and in the industry, and can actively demonstrate the guidance of safety management. effect.
Third, we must actively carry out the establishment of a first-class enterprise for the safety production of hazardous chemicals. The provincial safety supervision bureaus shall select one to three companies on the basis of grade-by-level recommendations from the municipal and county-level safety regulatory agencies as the target for the cultivation of the first-class enterprises for the safety production of hazardous chemicals in the region. The relevant headquarters of the Central Enterprise shall select one or two of its affiliated companies as breeding objects, and consult the provincial-level Safety Supervision Bureau of the place where the cultivation target is located.
Fourth, we must vigorously cultivate first-class hazardous chemicals safety production standardization enterprises. The provincial safety supervision bureaus and relevant central enterprises shall strengthen the organization and leadership of the cultivation of standard first-class enterprises for hazardous chemicals safety production, increase investment and support, mobilize the manpower and material resources of the region and the system, and vigorously support the cultivation of objects.
