On July 21st, the Qingdao Xinhe Ecological Chemical Science and Technology Industrial Base started construction of 13 projects with a total investment of 5.7 billion yuan, and also signed two projects with a total investment of 2.1 billion yuan. Up to now, the chemical base has started 22 projects under construction with a total investment of 8.379 billion yuan, becoming a new highland for Qingdao chemical companies.
Among the 13 newly launched projects, the Qingdao Yinchang International Logistics City Project with a total investment of 1.9 billion yuan is mainly planned to build five major functions such as chemicals trading center, general service center, general chemicals storage center, cargo distribution center, and dangerous goods storage center. In the district, after the project is put into operation, the annual cargo throughput can reach 20 million tons, and the annual operating income is 450 million yuan. Qingdao Nobeite Coatings Co., Ltd. has a total investment of 600 million yuan for nano-coatings and water-based paints. The construction scale is 59,000 square meters. It mainly produces nano-coatings, water-based paints and emulsions. It is expected that the project will be completed by the end of June 2012, and the estimated annual production after production is 10 Ten thousand tons, annual output value of 2.5 billion yuan.
In the two new contracted projects, the total investment of the Qingdao Sodalite Tianzhu Chemical Fertilizer Relocation Project is 1.7 billion yuan, and the annual production value is 2.22 billion yuan. The first phase produces 300,000 tons of sulfuric acid, and the annual output value is 250 million yuan; the second phase produces 3,600 tons of insulation. Laminate, the annual output value of 100 million yuan; three phase production of 600,000 tons of nitro compound fertilizer, the annual output value of 1.87 billion yuan. Qingdao Bay Group Co., Ltd. combined heat and power projects, a total investment of 400 million yuan, an initial investment of 136 million yuan.
