Jiujiang Petrochemical Company first introduced the non-destructive testing and supervision mechanism for the fourth party of key projects, which was formally put into operation recently. This will lay the foundation for ensuring that the plant will create a quality project for Sinopec.
The fourth party non-destructive testing supervision mechanism is a kind of quality management and inspection mode. It is a quality verification system that complements and improves the quality assurance system. It is independent of contractors and supervisors. On behalf of the owner and the engineering quality supervision station, sampling inspection is used to verify the implementation of the quality management of the contractor and the supervisor in the construction of the project, and timely feedback to the owner on project supervision and construction quality. Jiujiang Petrochemical Engineering Construction Department and Petrochemical Engineering Quality Supervision Station Jiujiang Petrochemical Substation has been selected and selected to entrust Hefei General Nondestructive Testing Co., Ltd. as the fourth-party monitoring unit for project quality.
At present, Jiujiang Petrochemical's 1.5 million tons/year diesel hydrogenation, 1.2 million tons/year continuous reformation, and coal (coke) oil replacement projects have been fully carried out. The fourth party monitoring unit will conduct a 100% review of the welded seam welded negatives installed on the pressure equipment, conduct site inspections on the weld seams of third-party testing units, and conduct retests on the key parts of the alloy steel materials.
