The crusher uses two ways to realize the adjustment of the discharge port and overload insurance: First, it adopts a mechanical method. The upper end of the spindle has an adjustment nut, and the rotary adjustment nut can be lowered or raised by the crusher so that the discharge port becomes larger. Or smaller, overload, by cutting off the insurance pin on the drive pulley to achieve insurance; the second is the use of pneumatic pneumatic gyratory crusher, the spindle is located on the plunger in the pneumatic cylinder, change the pneumatics under the plunger The volume can change the upper and lower position of the crusher and change the size of the discharge opening. When overloaded, the downward pressure of the main shaft increases, forcing the pneumatic gas under the plunger into the accumulator in the pneumatic drive system, causing the crushing cone to descend to increase the discharge port, and to eliminate the non-broken with the material entering the crushing chamber. Things (iron, wood, etc.) to achieve insurance.

Before the crusher starts, first open the air pump to inflate the cylinder. When the crushing cone rises to the working position, close the stop valve and stop the air pump at the same time. This structure of the crusher can easily adjust the size of the discharge port, allowing users to obtain a satisfactory product size and yield. When the non-broken objects fall into the crushing chamber, the crushing force increases, and the system pressure also increases. The gas in the cylinder is pressed into the accumulator, so that the crushing cone descends, the ore discharge port increases, and non-broken objects are eliminated. After the non-crushed material is removed, under the action of the accumulator, the air is slowly pushed into the cylinder through the one-way throttle valve, so that the broken cone is reset automatically and smoothly. When the size of non-broken objects is too large to be discharged through the discharge port, when the system air pressure continues to increase to reach the set value of the electric contact pressure gauge, the control system can automatically stop the main motor to ensure the safety of the equipment.

The work of the crusher is to drive the eccentric shaft to perform a periodic oscillating motion by driving the pulley or the coupling, the transmission shaft and the cone part through the rotation of the motor. After the material enters the crushing chamber from the material inlet, it is crushed by the mutual impact of the eccentric shaft and the rolling crucible. Pneumatic safety system can aerodynamically remove support sleeves and fixed cone parts out of faults when iron over faults or boring cars occur. This can greatly reduce the maintenance rate and increase the production efficiency while playing a good insurance role. .
