Truck 18 was dispatched to assist a tree trimmer who had become stuck upside down in a tree approximately 75 feet above the ground.
Truck 18 requested additional support from Squad 5 and Tower Ladder 39 to handle the complex rescue operation.
The worker had been trapped in that position for nearly 45 minutes before being safely lowered to the ground.
