Truck 18 was called to respond to a tree trimmer who was stuck upside down in a tree approximately 75 feet above the ground.
Truck 18 requested assistance from Squad 5 and Tower Ladder 39 to handle the complex situation.
The worker had been trapped in that position for about 45 minutes before being safely lowered to the ground.
