This problem arises from the fact that the quality of the eccentric wheel of the sieve machine is too large, resulting in an increase in the exciting force and an increase in the amplitude of the sieve. This problem is generally addressed by reducing the quality of the eccentric or replacing the spring with a higher degree of rigidity. It can also be handled by replacing different types of bearings or changing the strength of the bearing housing while ensuring the strength of the shaft. At the same time, the necessary reinforcement of the bottom beam of the sieve machine can also extend the service life of the sieve.

3. The amplitude of the linear vibrating screen is lower than the parameters required by the design. This problem is affected by various factors. When the linear vibrating screen is put into production, the amplitude of the screen machine often fails to meet the design requirements. The amplitude is too low, which will reduce the processing capacity of the sieve. If the amplitude is too high, it will reduce the service life of the bearing housing, bearing and sieve bottom beam.
