Anhui Yixian Copper Mine Concentrator

(A) Overview Chuxian copper mine in Chu county in Anhui Province.
The mine in 1958 began construction in 1959, the construction of mineral processing plant, built in the second half of 1960 Concentrator 50 tons / day. After several expansions, the actual production capacity is now 200 tons/day.
The mine is developed by using a flat shaft and shallow hole mining method. The ore is referred to the wellhead by the hoist, and then lifted by the slope and then manually pushed to the original ore bin of the concentrator. After the crushed product is lifted by another slope, it is manually pushed to two round powder mines.
The power supply comes from the Luodazhuang Substation of East China Power Network, which supplies power to the mine with a 5 km kilovolt transmission line.
The water supply is taken from the slope of the ore concentrating plant, and the water in the stream comes from the upstream tailings pond backwater and underground drainage and spring water. It is raised to the high level pool of the concentrator by the first-stage pumping station. At present, some new water needs to be replenished from the newly-built large-scale ore pond.
The tailings pond is located in the ravine on the left side of the concentrator that was originally a farmland reservoir.
(Ii) the nature of the process 1. The ore from the ore type as above: diorite type skarn ore type magnet, and a small amount skarn type marble.
The main copper-bearing mineral is chalcopyrite, and the iron-bearing mineral is mainly magnetite (about 53~58% of total iron). Metallic minerals stippled form, the fine uneven disseminated. The margins and fractures of chalcopyrite grains are replaced by porphyrite and chalcopyrite. Magnetite is semi-self-shaped to his grain structure, which is disseminated and blocky.
The gangue minerals include garnet , calcite , chlorite, diopside , actinolite, and quartz .
The ore contains 1.32% copper and 11.9% iron (all iron), associated with precious metals such as gold and silver (0.45 g/ton gold, 4-16 g/ton silver). The copper oxide content is extremely small and the copper-containing minerals have good selectivity. The true proportion of the ore is 3.1~3.4, and the hardness of the ore is f=9~10.
2. Process Flow Broken: Two sections and one closed circuit, the original ore size is 350~0 mm, the final product size is 22~0 mm, and the crushing ratio is 15.9.
Grinding: a closed circuit, grinding fineness - 200 mesh accounted for 60%, grinding concentration 70~75%, graded overflow concentration 30~32%.
Flotation: One-time rough selection (including a series of additional single-slot flotation), one-time selection and two-time sweep selection, and flotation tailings using a magnetic separator to select iron. The process flow is detailed in the figure below.

Dehydration: Both are dewatering in the sedimentation tank.
(III) Main equipment of the concentrator (below)
The mine flotation equipment adopts 0.3 m 3 rod flotation machine which is modified by 3A flotation machine on site. The trial production proves that the equipment has simple structure, convenient operation and maintenance, large inspiratory capacity, strong stirring force and flotation. Fast speed, high efficiency, good selection index and low power consumption.

Paper Bag

A paper bag is a bag made of paper, usually kraft paper. Paper bags are commonly used as shopping bags, packaging, and sacks.
Standard brown paper bags are made from kraft paper. Tote-style paper bags, such as those often used by department stores or as gift bags, can be made from any kind of paper, and come in any color. Paper bags can be made from recycled paper, with some local laws requiring bags to have a minimum percentage of post-consumer recycled content.
