It is understood that the "High-efficiency Cyclone Desulphurization and Liquid Membrane Decarburization Dust Removal Technology and Equipment Application Demonstration Project in the Purification of Industrial Boiler Flue Gases" aims at the national air pollution control demand, with the intention of "tornadoes" as the core of automatic high-speed rotary atomization. Focusing on technology and equipment R&D, improvement, optimization and effect evaluation, we have successfully developed high-efficiency cyclone desulfurization and liquid film anti-spinning technology and equipment, and 3×75 tons of methanol business division of Qinghua Coal Chemical Industry in Inner Mongolia, Alashan Economic Development Zone. The desulphurization equipment of the boilers/year has been transformed into a demonstration device, which has achieved low input, high efficiency and low consumption of desulphurization and dust removal of coal-fired facilities, and has provided a new approach for the development of highly efficient energy-saving equipment systems in the field of environmental protection.
