The total energy consumption of the 100,000-ton/year ion-exchange membrane caustic soda plant can be reduced by 25%, and the rubber anti-aging agents 4020/4010NA, RD, and RT have an internationally competitive scale. The 4020/4010NA has a single set of production capacity and technical content. The RT bass device adopts an advanced and clean production process, reducing "three wastes" from the source. Wastewater from all installations will be subjected to stripping, sewage pretreatment, biochemical treatment, and other treatment procedures to achieve discharge standards. In order to improve the safety and reliability of large-scale devices such as caustic soda, chlorinated benzene, and nitrochlorobenzene, ESD systems have been added to key and critical parts. The output of resource optimization projects has increased by a factor of two compared to the original, and industrial water consumption is only 8 million tons/year, a decrease of nearly 60%.
According to the overall trial plan of the resource optimization project, Nanhua will promote the trial run of the chlorinated benzene plant and the ion-exchange membrane caustic soda plant.
