Scope of application 

This equipment is suitable for the measurement,scribing,second precise cutting and variable angle double-sided groove cutting of the thick walled pressure vessels of ellipsoidal head plate, spherical tank ball and other types. It`s suitable for quick, batch, high precision cutting of the large scale curved plate. This product is successfully applied to the measurement, scribing and high precision bevel cutting of CV large elliptical head plate in the Chinese third generation nuclear power technology-AP1000

Performance characteristics 

• It can noncontactly measure of curved plate pressing precision without measurement templet and generate report automatically.

• It can automatically generate optimal cutting path according to the measured data and precisely scribe without scribing templet.

•It can automatically cut the bevel of the curved plate without laying the track and track the thermal deformation of the curved plate cutting. It has the feature of high cutting precision.

• Ensure the arc length precision of each steel plate, thus ensuring the interchangeability of steel plate. The quality of the cutting surface is high, thereby reducing the grinding and welding defects

• It can automatically complete the whole process of the measuring, scribing and cutting with the six axises linkage.It reduces the requirements of the worker`s operation skills.

• Curved plate don`t need strict orientation.
