Filter Rod filter equipment can be divided into: ceramic membrane filter rod, stainless steel strong magnetic rod filter, stainless steel titanium rod filter. In the process of industrial production, ceramic membrane filter rod is used to treat waste water, raw water and waste liquid. The waste water can reach the national discharge standard or recycle after passing through ceramic membrane filter.
Classification and applications:
The core component of ceramic membrane filter is ceramic filter rod. It uses acid-resistant ceramic particles or quartz, corundum sand and other raw materials as the main raw materials, and adds a small amount of inorganic binder and reinforcements to carry on scientific formulation. Grading, molding, film making and other processes from processing.
Titanium rod filter uses titanium powder sintered filter element, which is made of hollow filter rod by high temperature sintering of titanium metal powder by powder metallurgy method. It is widely used in the separation of liquid and solid in food, beverage, medicine and chemical industry. It is often used in coarse filtration or intermediate filtration.
