Guangzhou Bochuang Machinery Co., Ltd. has collaborated with the National Engineering Research Center for Polymer New Forming Equipment at South China University of Technology to successfully develop and produce the "Pulsating Pressure Induced Plastic Products Injection Molding Equipment" project, which recently passed provincial technical evaluation. This innovative equipment represents a significant milestone in the field of injection molding technology. The project is an extension of the scientific and technological achievements from Bochuang and Huagong's winning entry in the 2003 major equipment technology innovation project in Guangdong Province—titled "High-speed and High-efficiency Integrated Precision Injection Molding Equipment." Since the project's inception, it has received strong support from the Economic and Trade Commission of Guangdong Province. Borch has effectively integrated rigorous theoretical research with the practical findings of South China University of Technology, aligning them with the specific needs of its production systems and customers within the injection molding industry. This synergy helped fulfill all commitments made during the bidding process. During the appraisal, the committee reviewed detailed reports on trial production and manufacturing, examined technical documents, and analyzed the test results from the National Plastic Machinery Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. On-site demonstrations of the BT80V prototype were also conducted. After thorough discussions, the committee concluded that the product’s performance parameters fully meet the project requirements and industry standards, with positive feedback from users. This groundbreaking equipment introduces a vibration force field throughout the entire polymer injection filling process, marking a significant technological advancement. The technology is considered to be at the forefront of domestic standards. Bochuang’s production facilities and process equipment are highly advanced, with comprehensive testing methods in place, ensuring the capability for large-scale manufacturing.
