Guangzhou Bochuang Machinery Co., Ltd. and the National Engineering Research Center for Polymer New Forming Equipment at South China University of Technology have jointly developed and produced the "Pulsating Pressure Induced Plastic Products Injection Molding Equipment" project, which has recently passed a provincial technical evaluation. This innovative equipment represents a significant step forward in injection molding technology and is part of the broader efforts to enhance manufacturing efficiency and precision. The project originated from the 2003 major equipment technology innovation initiative in Guangdong Province, where Bochuang and Huagong won recognition for their work on the "High-speed and High-efficiency Integrated Precision Injection Molding Equipment" project. Since its inception, the project has benefited from strong support from the Guangdong Provincial Economic and Trade Commission. Borch combined rigorous theoretical research with practical applications, integrating the technological achievements of South China University of Technology with real-world production needs and customer demands in the injection molding industry, successfully fulfilling key commitments during the bidding process. During the appraisal, the committee reviewed detailed reports on the trial production and manufacturing of the equipment by both South China University of Technology and Guangzhou Bochuang Machinery Co., Ltd. They also carefully examined the technical documents, quality inspection reports, and test results from the National Plastic Machinery Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. On-site testing of the BT80V prototype demonstrated the system's stable performance and reliability. After thorough discussions, the appraisal committee concluded that the product’s performance parameters fully meet the project plan and relevant national standards, and users have provided positive feedback. The equipment introduces a vibration force field throughout the polymer injection filling process, marking a notable technical innovation. Its technology is considered among the best in the country, with Bochuang possessing advanced production facilities, comprehensive testing methods, and the capability for large-scale manufacturing. This achievement highlights the company’s growing influence in the field of high-tech plastic machinery.
