Application Field:This equipment is specifically designed for the USB 3.1 (coaxial structure) series coaxial winding and wrapping process. It can be used for coaxial wire back twist, high-speed winding, double-layer wrapping, and more, all completed in a single operation.
Machine Technical Parameters:

5. Power: Full set of servo motor with servo controller; the wrapping plate is linked with the capstan motor.
6. Wrapping Tension: Automatically calculated and tracked, keeping constant from start to end without adjustment.
7. Heating Device: Auto-flexible type, Omron temperature control, temperature controlled within ±1ºC.
8. Take-up Tension: Axis-row type take-up, no damage during traversing, distance can be freely adjusted according to wire specification.
9. Pay-off Type: Back twist pay-off type, back twist rate 0%-100% without class adjustment.
10. Winding Spindle: 56 heads (depending on practical situation).
11. Winding Pay-off Tension: Equal tension and no need to adjust separately.
12. Pay-off/Take-up Bobbin: Pay-off 200MM, Take-up 300MM.
