XR Series Single Shaft Shredder Machine
Features & Functions:1. The single shaft shredder is known for its strength and durability. It is ideal for recycling a wide range of bulk solid materials, refractory materials, plastic containers, plastic barrels, films, fibers, and paper. The shredded particles can be as small as 20mm depending on the requirements. We offer various types of feed hoppers and low-speed rotary cutters that are energy-efficient and operate quietly to meet specific customer needs.
2. This type of shredder consists of a rotating knife disc and static knives. The cutter includes a base shaft and several quadrilateral-shaped knife blocks. Each block has four blades that can be replaced. These knife blocks are arranged in multiple rows along the axis of the base, fixed with screws, and rotate together with the base shaft to form a complete knife disc. Two static knives are mounted on the machine frame. The material is fed into the cutting chamber via a horizontal hydraulic cylinder. The speed is stable and adjustable, providing a strong and uniform propulsive force. It is suitable for processing various bulk solid materials, irregular plastic containers, tubes, films, fibers, and paper. The spindle speed ranges from 45 to 100 rpm/min.

4. When selecting the rotor, we also offer various types of knife holders, including Welded Knife Holders, Assembled Knife Holders, and CNC-cutting Knife Holders, to match different requirements.
