This 1400mm automatic knife grinder is designed for precision grinding of long knives used in various industrial applications. It can process a wide range of knives such as peeling machine knives, granulator knives, cutting paper knives, shearing blades, slicing knives, and more.
The machine supports workpieces with a maximum length of 1500 to 7000mm, making it ideal for large-scale operations. Its gantry-style frame is constructed from high-quality steel, ensuring excellent strength and rigidity. The structure has been stress-relieved to eliminate internal stresses, preventing deformation over time.
The grinding head is equipped with a dedicated motor that allows for precise adjustment of the axial gap, ensuring smooth and accurate operation. Vertical movement is controlled by a ball screw mechanism, guaranteeing high precision during the grinding process.
The worktable uses an electromagnetic chuck, which provides strong magnetic force and easy clamping of knives. The table also features a worm gear system for convenient angle adjustments, enhancing versatility.
Linear guides from Taiwan HIWIN are used to ensure smooth horizontal movement of the grinding head. An inverter is integrated into the system, allowing for adjustable speeds in both horizontal and vertical directions, suitable for both fine and rough grinding tasks.
The machine achieves a machining accuracy of up to 0.01mm, ensuring high-quality results. It is equipped with components from reputable brands like Siemens and Schneider Electric, ensuring reliability and durability.
