Multi-media Filter
The multi-media filter is widely used in drinking water treatment to remove different types of particles such as suspended solids (turbidity), colloidal compounds, etc., ensuring the filtered water's TDS is less than 5. This process helps reduce the load on the back-end fine filters.
Active Carbon Filter
The active-carbon filter is a key device commonly used for removing organic substances, heavy metals, suspended solids, residual chlorine, etc. It can effectively reduce COD levels and improve water taste. The system is a pressure filter, using quartz and coconut shell activated carbon beds. The activated carbon is equipped with vent valves at the top and drain connections at the bottom. Internal systems are made of FRP material.
Security Filter (Cartridge Filters)
The security filter is most commonly used for treating water. The whole system uses one set of stainless steel filter. Each 5μ filter cartridge contains 3 pieces of polypropylene, filtering most particles in the water, which reduces the load on the RO membrane. This filtration process benefits the filter cartridge and extends its lifespan in the system.
This apparatus includes a filtration component and stainless steel support layers. The support layer is made of stainless steel 304, offering advantages like compact structure, beautiful shape, high flux, and good filtration accuracy. It is equipped with an air vent valve, bottom drain valve, and side drain valve.
Reverse Osmosis Modules (RO)
The RO system is a key part of the water treatment system, widely used for producing pure water and drinking water. The RO membrane removes large molecules and ions from solutions by applying pressure on one side of a selective membrane. As a result, solutes such as iron, viruses, bacteria, and solids are retained on the pressurized side, while the pure solvent passes through to the other side.
