Multi-media Filter
The multi-media filter is widely used in drinking water treatment to remove various particles such as suspended solids (turbidity), colloidal compounds, etc., ensuring that the filtered water's TDS is less than 5. This process helps reduce the load on the downstream fine filters.
Active Carbon Filter
The active-carbon filter is a key device used for removing organic substances, heavy metal elements, suspended solids, and residual chlorine. It effectively reduces COD levels and improves water taste. The system is a pressure filter, utilizing quartz and coconut shell activated carbon beds. The activated carbon is equipped with a vent valve at the top and a drain connection at the bottom. Each tank’s internal systems and components are made of FRP material.
Security Filter (Cartridge Filters)
The security filter is commonly used for water treatment. The entire system uses one set of stainless steel filters. Each 5μ filter cartridge contains three pieces of polypropylene, which can filter most of the particles in the water, reducing the load on the RO membrane. This filtration process benefits the filter cartridge and extends its lifespan in the system. The apparatus includes a filtration component and a stainless steel support layer. The support layer is made of stainless steel 304, offering advantages like compact structure, aesthetic design, high flux, and good filtration accuracy. It is equipped with an air vent valve, a bottom air vent valve, and a side drain valve.
Reverse Osmosis Modules (RO)
The RO system is a critical part of the water treatment system, widely used for producing pure water and drinking water. RO membranes remove many types of large molecules and ions from solutions by applying pressure to the solution on one side of a selective membrane. As a result, solutes such as iron, viruses, bacteria, and solids are retained on the pressurized side of the membrane, while the pure solvent passes through to the other side.
