Product DescriptionThe Relay Protection Microcomputer Test Device is an essential tool for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of power systems. It is widely used in the fields of microcomputer protection, relay protection, excitation measurement, and fault recording. This device provides accurate testing capabilities for various electrical components and systems, making it a must-have for engineers and technicians working in power system maintenance and testing. Key Features
- High-Performance Industrial Control Computer
This tester is equipped with a high-performance industrial control computer that runs the Windows operating system directly. It features an 8.5" TFT color LCD display, a tracking ball, and an optimized keyboard on the front panel, allowing users to operate the device without an external mouse or keyboard. The back panel includes USB, 10-100M network, and serial communication ports for easy data transfer, communication, and software upgrades. All test processes and results are displayed clearly on the screen, offering a user-friendly interface that simplifies operation even for those with limited computer experience. - Digital Signal Processor Microcomputer
The device uses a high-speed digital signal processor as its core output unit. With 32-bit double-precision arithmetic, it can generate highly accurate waveforms for each phase. The compact integrated design ensures short data transmission distances, eliminating the limitations of traditional PC-controlled test devices, such as waveform output point shortages and narrow frequency bands due to long communication lines. - D/A Conversion and Low-Pass Filtering
High-precision D/A converters ensure accuracy and linearity across the full range of current and voltage outputs. The high density of waveform fitting points results in high fidelity and minimal harmonic distortion, reducing the need for strict low-pass filtering. This allows for excellent transient response, phase-frequency, and amplitude-frequency characteristics, enabling precise phase shifting and harmonic superposition, even at high frequencies. - Voltage and Current Amplifier
For both current and voltage outputs, the device uses a high-performance linear amplifier to produce clean, smooth waveforms from DC to complex harmonics, including square waves, combined waveforms, and fault transients. It minimizes interference with nearby equipment and accurately simulates various current and voltage conditions during short-circuit faults. The power amplifier uses imported high-power modules with advanced thermal management, ensuring sufficient power redundancy and protection against overheat, overload, overvoltage, and short circuits. A built-in software time-termination system prevents overheating when operating under high currents. - Digital Input and Output
The device includes 10 digital input channels and 8 digital output channels. It supports both open contacts and 0–250V potential contacts, with different logic levels for closed and open switches. The digital input is isolated from the main unit and amplifiers, and the common end is separated from the current and voltage parts. The switching potential input has polarity requirements, so it's important to connect the common end to the positive terminal and the input end to the negative terminal. The digital output consists of relay-free contacts, with capacities of 220V/0.2A (DC) and 220V/0.5A (AC). Each output operates independently, with different timing behaviors depending on the test module. - Auxiliary DC Power Supply
An adjustable DC power supply is available on the rear panel, providing 110V and 220V outputs for use as a backup power source. It has a rated current of 1.5A and can be used as a power source for protective testers or switch loops. In case of overload or short circuit, a fuse (2A/250V) will blow, and only needs to be replaced if necessary.
