First, flange connection:

The valve body has flanges at both ends and corresponds to the flange on the pipe, and is installed in the pipe by the bolt fixing flange. Flange connections are the most used form of connection in valves. The flange has a protruding surface (RF), a flat surface (FF), and a convex-concave surface (MF). According to the shape of the joint surface can be divided into the following categories:

1, smooth type: for the pressure is not high, the processing is more convenient.

2, bump type: high working pressure, you can use the hard washer.

3, gutter type: available plastic deformation of the gasket, used in a wide range of corrosive media, better sealing effect.

4, trapezoidal groove type: with an oval metal ring as a gasket, used in the working pressure of ≥ 64 kg / cm 2 valve, or high temperature valve.

5, Lens type: The gasket is a lens shape, made of metal. For high pressure valves with working pressure ≥ 100 kg/cm2, or high temperature valves.

6, O-ring type: This is a relatively new form of flange connection, it is developed with the emergence of a variety of rubber O-rings, it is more reliable than the general flat gasket sealing effect.

Second, the clip connection valve installed in the middle of two pieces of flange, the valve body usually has a positioning hole to facilitate the installation and positioning, bolt directly to the valve and the two ends of the pipe through the connection form.

Welding connection 1, butt welding connection: The two ends of the valve body are processed into butt welding groove according to butt welding, corresponding to the pipe welding groove, and fixed on the pipe through welding.

2. Socket welding connection: The two ends of the valve body are processed according to socket welding requirements, and the pipeline is connected by socket welding.
