On October 30, 2010, China's famous auto parts manufacturer Tie Niu Group Yi Chen Fu Special Automobile Parts Co., Ltd. had an annual output of 500,000 CVT automotive CVT projects to start construction in Lin'an, Hangzhou, Zhejiang. It fills in the production gap of China's autonomous CVT, and China has become the third country to independently produce CVT after Germany and Japan.
In recent years, with the increase in consumer demand for automotive products, many features such as economics, power, comfort, and low emissions have begun to appear. Due to its limited technical bottleneck, China's own brands have been unable to break through this problem. Technology sources rely mainly on Bosch and Punch.
In June 2010, 612 containers arrived from Yokohama, Lin'an, Hangzhou, USA, from Ford Motor Co., Detroit, USA, bringing with us a complete set of CVT technology and production lines for CVT, completely reversing the passive situation in which China relied on imported transmissions. After equipment commissioning and preliminary preparation, the total investment was RMB 5 billion, and the Hangzhou Base of the Tie Niu Group, which occupies nearly 2,000 acres, set sail. It is estimated that this project will annually produce 500,000 CVT automotive CVTs with an annual output value of 15 billion yuan and a profit and tax of 1 billion yuan. According to reports, the Tie Niu Group will gradually introduce the production of competitive parts and components for auto air-conditioning production lines.
It is understood that Hangzhou currently owns 18 auto vehicles, modified vehicles, and special-purpose vehicles. The auto parts supporting industry is very developed. In recent years, the Hangzhou Municipal Government has strongly supported the automotive industry. Coupled with active private capital, Hangzhou has already had the regional advantages, industrial advantages, market advantages, talent advantages, and institutional advantages in the development of the auto vehicle manufacturing industry. The production of this project has been accelerated in Hangzhou. The construction of advanced manufacturing industry is the result of the transformation and upgrading of the automobile industry.
It is estimated that by 2015, the sales value of the Hangzhou automobile industry will reach more than 200 billion yuan. With the help of advanced foreign technologies, we will develop our own brands, form industrial clusters with certain international competitiveness, and strive to become a national export base for auto parts and components.
