Inflatable Floating Marine Rubber Airbags for Ship Launching Landing

1. Marine rubbr airbags will provide you with a unique capability of land transport very large vessels, heavy loads or heavy construction over ground where terrain would otherwise prevent such an operation. The Evergreen have wide marine rubbr airbags in capacities from 70 tons to 380 tons per bag. Evergreen also has a selection of bags with diameters up to 2m in diameter and up to 20m in length to cover virtually all applications.

2. The current over ground transportation capacity is 10, 000 tons.
The deflated Evergreen marine rubbr airbags are very flat and can be placed under a grounded or stranded vessel which is hard aground. In a shipyard transportation or launching application as little as 12 inches will provide very quick placement of the Evergreen marine rubbr airbags under a hull. The Evergreen marine rubber airbags operate with very low pressure, 7 10 PSI, which is controlled by a custom EVEGREEN designed air manifold which can operate all Evergreen marine rubbr airbags simultaneously or individually.

EVERGREEN also provides necessary air compressors, manifold, hoses, support equipment and expertise with all air bag operations

3. Construction Features:

Evergreen marine rubbr airbags, basic body consists of which consist of our rubber layers, synthetic-cord-reinforced rubber layers, are kind of a cylindrical airbags with hemispherical heads at the both ends. All of these are vulcanized together, and then compress air inside to enable in to roll.

1). Outer Rubber
The outer rubber layer that covers the outside of launching airbags protects the cord layers from abrasion and other external forces. This compound has sufficient tensile and tear strength to withstand any weather condition and hard usage. Standard color is black.

2). Synthetic-tyre-cord layer for reinforcement
The reinforcement cord layers, which are made of Synthetic-tire-cord commonly used in tires, are arranged at ideal angles to hold the internal pressure and to distribute the stress evenly providing strong efficient reinforcement.

3). End Fittings
End fittings include air tightness swivel and airbags safety air inlet.

4. Classification:

1). The standard specification of Evergreen marine rubbr airbags
You can choose the required diameter and effective length to meet your projects.
Diameter (D): It's from 0.8m to 2.0m.
Effective Length (EL): It's from 6m to 18m.
Total Length (TL): It's from 7m to 19.5m

2). The standard number of layers of marine rubbr airbags
We define the number of layer, which means the number of Synthetic-tyre-cord layer, in order to confirm the Safety Working Pressure. Normally, our airbags include 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 layers types. Other type is available upon clients' request.

There're two kinds of synthetic-tire-cord because of the different performance.

Ship Launching Airbags

The Knock Sensor is located on the engine block, cylinder head or intake manifold. This is because its function is to sense vibrations caused by engine knock or detonation. The PCM uses this signal to alter the ignition timing and prevent detonation. It will compare this information with its preset tables to identify a valid knock or ping. If a ping is sensed, it will retard the ignition timing to protect the engine from this damaging pre-ignition.
