1. Application
This high/low temperature chamber is used in conjunction with the proper tensile strength tester for testing the tensile, elongation, and peeling strength of specimens under high or low temperature environments.
2. Purpose:
This device is designed as an improved model for environmental testing, featuring a high and low temperature testing chamber. It can test tensile, pressure, tearing, shearing, peeling strength, deconvolution strength, ring initial adhesion strength, and other physical performance parameters. The chamber can be removed to increase usage space and provide convenience when conducting room temperature tests.
3. Software Function:
The Test & Control System is designed for PC Electronic Universal Testing Machines, PC Hydraulic Universal Testing Machines, and PC Compression Testers. It supports tensile, compression, bending, shearing, tearing, and peeling tests. Data collection, preservation, processing, and printing of test results are conducted using a PC and interface board. It can calculate maximum force, yield strength, average peeling force, maximum deformation, yield point, elastic modulus, and other parameters. It also enables curve graphics processing, multi-sensor support, video and image interfaces, flexible data processing, and MS-ACCESS database support, making the system more powerful and versatile.
