Product Information:
This precision system enhances the life of cutting tools significantly. It consists of a carbide blank combined with a multiple moveable and regrindable steel backing plate with precise positioning. Suitable for all cutterheads with 60° back corrugation.
Long Life:
Submicron grades ensure the longest tool life in wood and plastic applications. TIGRA SuperPac is available in four tungsten carbide grades: mixed board/MDF, wood.
High Security:
Can be used up to 12,000 rpm if the cutterhead is designed for this speed, thanks to enhanced security from deep corrugation.
High Precision:
Accurate corrugation ensures the highest level of precision.
Best Surface Quality:
Precise positioning and submicron grades result in the best surface finish. Especially recommended: TL15 with clearance angles similar to HSS and Stellite.
Profiling and Regrinding:
Multiple regrindings are possible, and only the carbide blank needs to be regrinded due to the positioning system.
