This machine is designed for grinding various types of long knives, including peeling machine blades, granulator knives, cutting paper knives, shearing blades, slicing knives, and more. It is ideal for industrial applications where precision and efficiency are essential.
The maximum working length of the knife can reach up to 7000mm, making it suitable for large-scale production. The frame is constructed with high-quality steel, stress-relieved to eliminate internal stresses, ensuring high strength and rigidity. The body thickness is 10 or 12mm, providing stability and durability.
The grinding head features a dedicated motor that allows axial gap adjustment, ensuring smooth operation and high accuracy. The vertical movement of the grinding head is controlled by a ball screw system, maintaining precise alignment during the grinding process.
The worktable uses an electromagnetic chuck, which makes clamping the knife quick and secure. The table can also be adjusted in angle using a worm gear mechanism, offering flexibility in different grinding scenarios.
Linear guides from Taiwan HIWIN are used on the rail, ensuring smooth horizontal movement of the grinding head. The machine is equipped with an inverter, allowing easy control of both horizontal and vertical speeds of the grinding head, making it adaptable for both fine and rough grinding operations.
The machine achieves a machining accuracy of 0.01mm, ensuring consistent quality and performance. This level of precision makes it ideal for industries requiring high-standard blade sharpening and maintenance.
