1. Brief Introduction : 

This plastic pellets production system is specifically designed for hard PP, HDPE, LDPE crushed flakes, with features including energy saving, stable performance, good plasticizing, cleaning, and drying efficiency;

Process:The bulk materials or thick flakes after crushing are conveyed into the single screw extruder by a screw loader, then compressed, plasticized in the extruder, and volatile substances and moisture are removed by the vacuum system. After filtering through the filtration system, the material is pelletized into granules. Depending on the diameter of the single screw extruder, the capacity can cover 100 to 1500 kg/h.

After Sales Service for the Plastic Pellets Production System

1. Technical Documents

All labels, layout drawings, electrical diagrams, and user manuals for the PP PE pellets production system will be provided in English. We will send all necessary files to the buyer within the third week of project execution. All documents in hard copy should also be shipped with the machines.

2. Arrangement for Inspection, Installation and Testing Work

a. Once all machines are delivered to the customer's factory, the buyer is responsible for all preparation work, such as electricity supply, water supply, labor, and cranes, etc.

b. We will assist with visa applications for our engineers who are responsible for guiding the installation and testing of the PP PE pellets production system at the buyer's factory.

c. If the visa application is approved, the buyer will purchase round-trip air tickets for the engineer. The buyer is also responsible for covering expenses such as visa formalities, meals, accommodation, and a daily allowance of USD 100 per engineer.

d. Engineers will provide free training sessions to the laborers in the buyer's factory.

3. Quantity and Quality Guarantee 

a. Quantity/Quality Discrepancy to Destination Port During Transportation:

In case of quality/quantity discrepancy to the destination port during transportation, the customer should file a claim within 30 days after the arrival of the PP PE pellets production system at the destination port. We will be responsible for any discrepancies caused by the shipping company or other transportation organizations and/or post offices.

b. Guarantee Period and After-Sales Services: 12 months from the completion of installation in the buyer's factory.
During this guarantee period, we will provide spare parts without charge in case of quality discrepancies caused by us. If the malfunctions are due to incorrect operations by the buyer, we will provide spare parts at cost price.

c. Long-Term Service:
We will charge the buyer the cost price of spare parts beyond one year and provide long-term technical support.
