The NYP series high viscosity internal gear oil pump is a new type of positive displacement pump designed for various industries including petroleum, chemical, paint, medicine, and food. It can handle a wide range of media with different properties and viscosities due to its unique structure and selection of materials. The suitable temperature range is from -10°C to 200°C, and the viscosity range is from 1.0cSt to 300,000cSt. The working principle involves an external gear (driving gear) with internal teeth that drives the internal rotor in the same direction within a fully enclosed pump body. As the gears rotate, a negative pressure is formed at the suction port, drawing in the liquid, which is then transported to the discharge port by the rotation of the gears, completing the liquid transportation process. Key advantages include stable delivery without pulsation, minimal vibration and noise, excellent self-priming ability, the capability to handle various corrosive media depending on the selected materials, and a long operational life due to the same rotational direction of the internal and external rotors. The flow capacity can be adjusted by changing the speed, making it especially suitable for high-viscosity media.
