Working Principle of Vacuum Freeze Dryer Machine:
The principle of sublimation is used, where the fully frozen product is heated in a vacuum condition within the drying chamber. The ice in the product turns directly into vapor without melting. The vapor in the sealed chamber is condensed by a vapor condenser, which has a much lower temperature. As a result, the vapor quickly freezes and accumulates on the surface of the vapor condenser. This process continues until all the moisture is removed from the product, and the vapor condenser becomes full of ice. At the end of a freeze-drying cycle, the ice is melted using water, known as defrosting.
