Multi-way valve assembly and test considerations

1. All parts should be carefully cleaned, blow dry or dry with deerskin.

2. After the fitting test:

(1) Sealing performance test: the pressure of 0.2-0.4Mpa compressed air and multi-way valve outlet connected to the remaining holes of the valve are plugged with a plug. Then multi-way valve immersed in oil 20-30mm, open the air valve, the valve stem will be placed in two extreme positions. Multi-way valve surface is not allowed to have leakage phenomenon. If you find a leak, you should mark the place in the leak, and then repair.

(2) Function test: the multi-way valve into the nominal pressure and flow of pressure oil, in the absence of leakage, check the lever, it should be able to access any one extreme position, and can automatically return to the neutral position.

During functional tests, the operating levers of all units shall be shifted to the two extreme positions, each four times. At the fifth switch-on, stop at the limit position for 3 min, and the lever should automatically return to the neutral position.

(3) the correct performance check: check at all loads, the valve should be able to minimize the speed position, the load cylinder can move at the minimum speed.

(4) check the external sealing performance: the outlet pressure was changed to 2.5-3Mpa, the inlet pressure was changed to 20MPa, the valve stem in the 6-10s time, turn the limit position 15 times, do not allow external leakage Oil phenomenon.

Chromium Carbide Powder

Chromium carbide thermal spray powder is a type of coating material used in thermal spray processes. It is composed of chromium and carbon, with the chemical formula Cr3C2.

This powder is commonly used in applications where high wear resistance and hardness are required. It is often applied as a protective coating on surfaces that are subjected to abrasive or erosive environments, such as industrial equipment, cutting tools, and engine components.

The thermal spray process involves heating the powder to its melting point and then propelling it onto the surface to be coated using a high-velocity gas or plasma stream. Upon impact, the molten particles solidify and bond with the substrate, forming a dense and durable coating.

The chromium carbide coating provides excellent resistance against wear, corrosion, and oxidation. It also exhibits good adhesion to various substrates, including metals, ceramics, and composites. Additionally, it has a low coefficient of friction, making it suitable for applications where reduced friction and improved sliding properties are desired.

Overall, chromium carbide thermal spray powder is a versatile and effective coating material that offers superior protection and performance in demanding industrial applications.
