Recently, Fujian Mercedes-Benz Automobile Co., Ltd. filed a recall plan with the State Administration of Markets in accordance with the "Regulations on the Management of Defective Automobile Product Recalls" and the "Implementation Measures for the Management of Defective Automobile Product Recalls", and decided to recall some V-classes from now on. And deterrence vehicles, a total of 22,338 vehicles, as follows:

(1) Some V-class vehicles produced between March 5, 2016 and October 26, 2017, totaling 14,871 vehicles.

(2) A total of 7,467 vehicles were produced during the period from August 18, 2016 to October 18, 2017.

The steering parts of some vehicles in this recall range are not grounded. If the clock spring in the steering column module of the vehicle is disconnected due to foreign matter entering, the warning message of the driver's airbag will be displayed on the instrument panel and the red airbag warning light will be on. . In extreme cases, the front airbag of the driver may be triggered, posing a safety hazard. Fujian Benz Automobile Co., Ltd. will carry out free maintenance on the vehicles within the scope of the recall, and install conductive rings and protection rings for the steering column to eliminate potential safety hazards.
